like-it-or-not, the above types of sites are popular and quickly consume
lots of bandwidth!). If you begin offering any of the above on your site we

we mean "require").

I just ordered a hosting plan, why haven't I received
my info? All hosting
plans are usually setup with minutes of ordering, unless you also registered
a domain name with your hosting. Please check your SPAM/BULK folder, and
make sure you submitted a valid email address.
If you placed an order for hosting AND domain registration, we will
setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment
partner(s) have screened the order(s) incase of fraud. This process usually
takes a couple hours, but could take up to 24 hours. This is for your
protection, as well as ours, as once a domain name is ordered and paid for,
it in non-refundable.
12.
How long does it take to set up an account?
Orders can be set up in less than 10 minutes but not greater than 24
hours.
13.
Can I host international domains?
Yes, we currently have clients that use .ca, .il, .tc, .nu, .ve, ru
and many other international domain names.
14.
Do you offer NT or UNIX plans?
We offer UNIX web hosting accounts. We do not handle Windows on any
machines due to its overall instability and obsessive cost for licensing.

19.
How long does it take for my DNS changes to update
world wide? Normally you
can expect to see your web site DNS to change within 24 hours once you have
made the modifications at your registrar. However, it's rare but, we have
seen it take up to 7 days in some cases where registrars and ISPs are a
little slower.

21.
What's the best way to move/transfer from another
host? For Zero
Downtime DO NOT CHANGE YOUR NAMESERVERS JUST YET NOR DELETE YOUR CURRENT WEB
HOST! Establish a hosting account with us. You will then be able to
access your new account via the server's hostname which you will get on your
setup email. Start uploading your website files to your domain folder
through FTP or any other site publishing software (FrontPage, Dreamweaver,
HomeSite, etc.)
In your welcome email, you will get a temporary link to access your NEW web
site before anything goes live. Verify that everything is working on your
NEW site, using your temporary link (graphics, web pages, links, etc...)
Once verified, go to your registrar and change your "name servers" to those
that are mentioned in your setup email.
Your site will be updated WORLDWIDE within 24-72 hours. Note: although you
may be able to see your site is on your new server within possibly 12 hours,
please allow a complete 72 hour cycle before you delete your old host.
22.
What if I already bought a domain name and want to
host with you? First step is you establish a web
hosting account with us. Start by ordering any of our web hosting plans.
After your payment is verified you will get your setup email, which will
include your usernames / passwords that grant you access to the server via
your assigned server hostname. Proceed to upload your files to the server
via the server's hostname. MAKE SURE YOU PUT EVERYTHING IN YOUR DOMAIN
FOLDER and MAKE SURE YOU RENAME YOUR HOMEPAGE "index.html" ALL LOWER CASE.
Then use the temporary link provided in the email to view your site.
Once you have everything verified go to the place where you originally
registered your domain (your registrar).
In your setup email(s) there will be a pair of DNS or Nameservers. Use those
DNS to change them for your domain. If you don't have a domain control panel
(that is where you usually can do these changes) please email your registrar
or call them and tell them to change your name servers to those provided to
you in your setup email from us.
After the DNS changes have been made your domain will now begin to point to
your new server. This will take 24-72 hours to resolve. If after 48 hours
you can not access your domain via www.yourdomain.com please do a whois on
your domain to make sure your name servers show up as those provided in your
setup email. If they do not call your registrar right away to get it
corrected!

soon.

provides web space for your domain(s) to host your websites. With a reseller

How reliable is your service & support?
OUR SERVERS WILL NEVER BE OVERSOLD! We have proven to be very
reliable. All support questions & issues are dealt with in a prompt
professional manner.
31. How
long does it take to respond to a support ticket?
Most tickets are responded to in less than 2 hour, and completely
resolved in less than 6 hours. However, the truth of the matter is, this
question does not have a simple answer. A resolution to a ticket all depends
mostly on the complexity and urgency of it. You will see some tickets
resolved within minutes, and others within hours. Nevertheless, we only
offer and guarantee that a response will be received within 6 hours, and a
resolution will be received within 24 hours.
32. What
happens if a ticket takes longer than 24 hours to resolve?
Tickets rarely take longer than 24 hours, however in certain cases,
if you report a problem that is erratic or requires more time to debug it's
possible it could take longer to resolve. For example, if you report a
problem that occasionally happens, or cannot be replicated, naturally this
may take time to diagnose and fix.

authentication. Please check with your provider. (i.e. SBC, AT&T, etc.)

3.
I want to get started right away, but my domain name
hasn't transferred/isn't in the database yet. How do I do it?

upload to yourdomain.com via FTP, file manager in cPanel, or FrontPage
Extensions.

Where should I put CGI scripts for my domain?
All CGI scripts should be uploaded to the cgi-bin folder, for your
domain. Be sure to follow the instructions for the script you are uploading
regarding setting permissions on the files and folders you create, as they
vary from script to script
6.
I uploaded my files, but I don't see my page?
If our default "Under Construction", index.html page, has not been
replaced by another index page, then anyone going to yourdomainname.com will
still see that page instead of some other home page. This is the order in
which the web server looks for a page to put up as the "home" page:
>DirectoryIndex: index.html, index.shtml Just delete the index.html file and
anything after it in this list will then come up automatically.
Notice that "home.shtml" is NOT on the list and so will not show up as your
home page. You would need to rename it.
7.
I've uploaded my site and still see "placeholder for
..."? You are still
seeing the default index.html page set up when you ordered your hosting plan
through us. Make sure to delete that old index.html page, then your site
should resolve correctly.

Click the report button after logging into Cpanel and hit the
Webalizer option. This will open a new window to Webalizer with all your
statistics for that domain.

What is the full path to my cgi-bin?

directory> would be the home directory shown in cPanel. e.g. /home, /home2,
etc. - /home, /home2 is in relation to which drive your account is set on.
10.
I keep getting errors when trying to publish with
Frontpage? The most
common problem is not using the full url when uploading your site. Make sure
you use the entire http://www.domain.com in the address you are attempting
to publish to. It is our advise, that if you use Frontpage to design your
site, you should use FTP to upload, and don't worry about frontpage
extentions.
